A holiday it may be NOT! But unfortunately some people treat it that way. I have herd stories early on that some people leave there with the car disinfected and what ever else that needs to be; and they than go home that same day and feed their horses. After they are well AWARE you can not have any contact with horses for 48 hrs. How incompetent can people be or do they not care. Just think if they could have contained it in Warwick, it would not have spread at the rate it has!
