Or maybe it will be a bit longer, before horse flu hits Victoria!!! (it would be too obvious if it were announced the day after the cup).

Doesnt everyone realise EI is in Victoria but the government arent saying anything due to Melbourne Cup. Give a day or so then it will be announced.

Well....I have been told that there is a Racehorse being Isolated in a stable at or near Berwick in Victoria, that has definately tested positive and its being kept quiet. This couldn't be true....COULD IT???? Noooooo....Victoria is EI free...???????
