Race horses in nth NSW get vaccine

On tonights Prime (ch 7) news we are told that all racehorses in the Northern Rivers area will be vaccinated over the next few weeks. They are doing it again. Race horses in the Amber Zone are being given preferencial treatment and blow the rest of us! I thought that vaccination was for horses in the buffer areas only so WHY ARE RACEHORSES IN THE AMBER AREA NOT BUFFER AREA BEING VACCINATED? I am so angry that I phoned the ABC, they didn't want to know, The Min for AG's office didn't want to talk about it and I'm so angry that the media isn't interested in what is going on. Funny who's involved in racing isn't it?
