WHAT IS GOING ON ???? PLEASE EXPLAIN

A friend of ours just had her horse vaccinated for FREE at Government expense because her horse was in an agistment paddock at Somersby on the Central Coast.

They were vaccinating these agisted TB horses and because it is a LIVE vaccine her horse would get infected.

WHAT ARE THEY DOING my horse is a couple of Kilometres away and CAN NOT GET immunised ?

Now it really is a RED ZONE
