BUNTING – THE MIRACLE CURE

2007 heralds a medical breakthrough, with extensive research from top scientists worldwide the miracle cure to EI is bunting – yes orange bunting.
Did you know ‘bunting’ has the magical power to stop the spread of EI?

We are so grateful to the DPI who have given racing the green light to continue whilst the rest of Australian horse sports are put on hold indefinitely. The DPI’s line (refer Horse Deals October issue page 12) “The racing industry has been allowed to resume because of the extensive bio-security the clubs are able to put into place”, they are able to police the requirements and have agreed to manage the risks. The clubs have proven to be very vigilant in this regard and are working hard to ensure the bio-security requirements are met”.

Vigilant they have been – Regional racing clubs across Australia have erected metres and metres of orange bunting to stop the spread of EI. Bunting has proven to be the medical breakthrough we have all been looking for, forget eradication, forget the pox vaccine, forget the killed vaccine – racing have introduced bunting, and this is their extensive bio-security and the DPI endorse it.

To the recreational industry - I suggest that you go forth and multiply and purchase orange bunting, but hurry worldwide supply is limited and by past experience there’s a fair chance the racing industry will snaffle all the bunting first – and where will that leave the rest of us – well high and dry just like we are now.

This should be a great help, cos I've heard that strappers that can't be fagged going through the Bio-Security foot washes, just go in through the public entrance, so I'm sure this will keep those guys away from mixing with the horses - HA HA

But I ask..if the Racing Industry and Mr FatCat had this miracle cure , why were they not prepared to share it and they could have stopped this long ago and put orangebunting around AQIS and it would never have started in the first place.

God...if it the whole thing wasn't so tragic it would be laughable.

Of course orange bunting is EI-proof. After all, if thin strands of red-and-white plastic Danger! tape works, then this orange stuff should do the trick. The Racing people are Professionals, after all.

Yeh, what a joke. Did you know that a foot wide tiny hedge is also excellent for keeping the public from coming in contact with the race horses at the races as well. When flicking through the channels last Saturday afternoon I saw the great barrier between the mounting yard and the public at Caulfield, a tiny little row of hedged plants, I was absolutely irrate!! I also watched them show how the jockeys had to stand in a tiny tub of disinfectant as they came through the gate, what a joke, do they think that these jockey are patting and handling other horses with their feet!!!!
I have no association with race horses now but used to strap them and work in racing stables as well, many years ago. I have also worked in the breeding side of racing, and beleive me you would be appauled at their practices.
