Why is this country only concerned with compensation for the racing industry?

America has vaccinations for EI ready for us but the federal government has not done anything about obtaining them. Instead of compensationing the racing industry for loss of earnings maybe they should apply for unemployment benefits like everybody else. The government should be paying for veterinary bills and vaccinations for all horses. Recreational horses in this country are also representing our country in the Olympic games etc. Thanks to the racing industry and the governments quarintine, pleasure horses and hardworking horse people are suffering.
