Im just wondering if there has been a stop to all horse movements & related products why can people still buy horse products second-hand saddles etc anywhere in Australia on ebay shouldn't there be a standstill on this to?
You can purchase - but transportation/delivery is the issue. It is the responsibility of the parties involved to ensure they abide by regulations and controls.
If they don't - I hope the inconsiderate buggers get CAUGHT!
I heard someone got done yesterday and now has to appear in court??
