Why aren't we giving the Call Center jobs to E.I. effected horse people

Why aren't they giving these jobs to E.I. effected people. Rang Qld DPI today and got a lovely Chinese lady. Pity I couldn't understand her english and she had trouble understanding mine..!

It should be relatively easy to offer the jobs created by E.I. to those who are out of work because of E.I.

At least then we'd have people doing the job with some idea of the drama and emotional turmoil this thing is creating.
