Getting Answers

Suzanne the DPI&F has a "compliments, complaints & suggestions" link on their site in relation

to EI and their handling of it. They state that they will answer your enquiry within 3 working

days. A friend rang the 1300 number recently and got no satisfaction at all , then e-mailed and

was contacted by the department and able to get the info requested in relation to the same
